Using a digital mixing desk and radio microphones we can set up two way audio allowing the delegates to ask questions from the floor

Once again we are using the venues projection system to show the video call.

Pre-recorded video

In this instance, an emergency medical situation prevented this CEO from delivering his keynote speech. We pre-recorded him in hospital and played it out on the LED wall in the venue.
