Flexible working arrangements, Shift patterns, annual leave, clashing calendars and a multitude of other factors can make reaching your entire organisation at one point in time quite challenging. And the larger your organisation, the more difficult it becomes.
Thankfully, there are several options available for the event organiser.

Repeat the message.
Presenting live at different times to accommodate each shift or group is a great way to make sure everyone in your organisation gets to see the message in person, and of course, interact by asking live questions to the presenting team.
Though that approach is not without its challenges. For instance, If it's an highly anticipated announcement, don't underestimate the rush to see the first presentation. It can sometimes be an unexpectedly well attended event.
Of course, once your message gets spread via the company gossip network, later performances might be much less well attended.
Obviously, because the office grapevine can spread information which is inaccurate, if you have any kind of controversial announcement, then this is definitely not the best way to spread the word.
Multisite or simulcast the message
Having live, in person sessions, in more than one location, connected together for a 'telethon' style event allows you to reach a number of satellite offices at the same time.
In its simplest form, head office will broadcast the event, with audiences at satellite locations watching on a large screen. A good upgrade to this would be to have the facility to ask questions from the floor in all the satellite locations, as well as in head office.
Of course the next step up is fully integrated two way video and audio communication with content sharing. This can allow each location to present an update to the entire audience. Whilst the technology is mature enough for this to be relatively straightforward these days, but there are a lot of moving parts, so you should employ the services of a technical partner who is well versed in the complexities of putting on a fully supported multi site event.
Stream the message
Streaming your message live from your in person event to either a public platform like YouTube, or for more company confidential information, a privately accessed secure service provider like Vimeo, can allow you to reach a wider geographically disparate audience all at the same time.
Of course if you only need to reach a few individuals, you could just use your preferred video conference provider, and if you are on a particularly tight budget it can be as simple as adding a remote camera to a Zoom or MSTeams call.
Of course, for those who need a highly polished and professional outgoing stream, the addition of some technology will allow you the flexibility to create a fully branded video production for your live stream or Zoom call.
